Do local and staging sites count against activations?
No. We detect staging and dev sites and don’t count them as activations against your license.
Which languages do you support?
We currently translate CheckoutWC into over 20 languages. Don’t see your language? Let us know and we’ll add it.
Can I use my theme’s header and footer?
By default, your checkout and thank you pages will load in our distraction free portal. This is optimal for the best conversion rate. For the adventurous, we do have an advanced option for loading our templates in your theme with your regular header and footer.
What happens when my license expires?
All of our plans are automatically renewing subscriptions. If you cancel your subscription or it expires from non-payment, your license will be deactivated within 3 days.
If your license deactivates, your checkout, thank you page, etc will remain functional but will fallback to the native WooCommerce versions.
Will CheckoutWC slow down my site?
We take performance very seriously. CheckoutWC should be as fast as the regular WooCommerce templates, if not faster.
Will it work with my payment gateway?
CheckoutWC works with virtually all payment gateways out of the box. If you have a problem, let us know and we’ll fix it.
