For each converted referral we pay a recurring 15% commission fee to the PayPal email that you specify. Commissions are paid on a rolling 30 day basis. (Sales in January are paid March 1st, etc)

No, we only pay commission on the initial sale.
Nope, the more you earn, the more people are using CheckoutWC, which is a benefit to us, so the more the merrier!
We process payouts monthly with a 30 day delay. So sales generated in January are paid in March. Sales in February are paid in April, etc. This allows us to account for cancellations and refund requests.
